Full-Time Inside Sales Support
Job Description
The successful candidate will also help to retain clients and generate customer loyalty by supporting our existing brokerage network.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Research business development opportunities with brokerage firms;
· Evaluate the sales potential of brokers and financial planners and devise a solicitation strategy;
· Develop a daily and weekly calling plan to ensure that sales activities and objectives are met;
· Host remote training sessions on health insurance products for brokers.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· B.B.A. in Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or another discipline;
· Hold the title of Financial Security Advisor or Financial Planner (or agree to achieve this within the first year of employment);
· 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the brokerage industry and in telemarketing;
