Human Resources Representative-Full Time
Our client is looking to grow their team and add to their HR department. They are looking for a passionate HR Representative who is skilled in employee relation type manners. The successful candidate will be skilled working independently as well as enjoy being a part of a larger team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and staffing of top talent
- Maintain solid relationships with our external recruiting firms
- Maintain resume data base
- Prepare the Onboarding Packages
- Conduct Onboarding of new employees
- Prepare new employee files
- Maintain personnel files and ensure filing is done on a regular basis
- Employee relations;
- Company employee communication;
- Employee benefits administration
- Employee counselling and redirection;
Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
- 2+ HR experience
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail required
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Professional appearance and manners
