Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and managing the sureties’ intervention on construction projects in the commercial, industrial or institutional segments. The incumbent will manage the legal, financial and technical aspects of the claims negotiation process.
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of related experience with an emphasis on Surety
- CIP or provincial equivalent would be an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making ability
- Strong investigative and analytical skills
- This position is subject to appropriate background checks that may include, credential, employment, credit, criminal and reference check.

La candidate ou le candidat choisi sera responsable des enquêtes et de la gestion des interventions reliées aux cautionnements de projets de construction dans les secteurs commerciaux, industriels ou des entreprises. Le titulaire du poste assurera la gestion des aspects légaux, financiers et techniques du processus de négociations lors de demandes d’indemnité.
Compétences :
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente, particulièrement en cautionnement;
- Un PAA ou l’équivalent provincial est un atout
- Excellentes habiletés de communication écrites et orales;
- Aptitudes supérieures pour les négociations;
- Solide capacité à prendre des décisions;
- Fortes aptitudes analytiques et organisationnelles;
- Ce poste est sujet à certains contrôles pouvant inclure : la vérification des pièces d’identité, des employeurs précédents, des dossiers de crédit et criminel s’il y a lieu, de même que la vérification des références.
