Temporary Data Conversion Specialist

Job Description

The Conversion Specialist will actively contribute to the department’s exceptional customer service results and profitability goals, supporting a new Guarantee program with high quality, timely transactional activities. He/she will provide accurate and timely data entry and technical support in a fast paced environment. The Conversion Specialist will also provide underwriting administration support to the Guarantee Program team.  The successful candidate will work well in a team and independently as the job requires.

Tasks:

  • High volume transactional data entry into policy management system (Paxus)
  • Preparing renewals for review
  •  Fulfill policy re-print and PDF e-mailing requests
  • Follow-ups with brokers for outstanding items
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:   

  • Minimum of 3-6 months’ business/insurance experience
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-directed, flexible and adaptable
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Paxus and OneShield system are considered an asset.
