Temporary Data Conversion Specialist
Job Description
The Conversion Specialist will actively contribute to the department’s exceptional customer service results and profitability goals, supporting a new Guarantee program with high quality, timely transactional activities. He/she will provide accurate and timely data entry and technical support in a fast paced environment. The Conversion Specialist will also provide underwriting administration support to the Guarantee Program team. The successful candidate will work well in a team and independently as the job requires.
Tasks:
- High volume transactional data entry into policy management system (Paxus)
- Preparing renewals for review
- Fulfill policy re-print and PDF e-mailing requests
- Follow-ups with brokers for outstanding items
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-6 months’ business/insurance experience
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed, flexible and adaptable
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Paxus and OneShield system are considered an asset.
