Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are looking for a RIBO licenced CSR for our office at Mississauga. Job responsibilities include answering inbound calls, assisting and servicing existing clients and office producers, updating customer database, uploading new policies to Insurance company portals, make quick quote for new customers, update customer policies and issue endorsements, review renewals, communicate with CSRs & Underwriters of insurance companies and perform various assigned tasks in the office. This is a full time job with excellent chance for future growth. Current RIBO licence and a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role are absolute requirements. TAM experience and multiple language skills are additional qualifications that will be welcome.
