Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to support their team. They have a nice open environment currently with six team members.
Interesting to note:
- They are truly looking for someone for their character and work ethic more than experience.
- They would like someone that understands insurance, but maybe comes from a claims background or underwriting background, or a direct writer or agent , as long as they have great customer service skills and are a happy, high work ethic type of person.
- They are looking for a detailed oriented individual who takes pride in their work .
- On top of salary they pay 50% of group benefits (not including disability) and a 2% of annual salary RRSP benefit.
