Inventory Coordinator/Customer Service Representative

This position will allow you to grow and develop within your role and truly understand Sanimax and the business you are supporting.

As part of the team you will be responsible for the coordination of inventory transactions at our 3rd party warehouses along with monthly warehouse reconciliation reporting.  Liaison with customers, suppliers as well as internal customers from other departments. You will develop competencies with our systems, processes and become knowledgeable of our business   Contribute to and foster a positive work environment that is consistent with Visions, Values and Guiding Principles of Sanimax.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to monitor and understand inventory levels as well as inventory specs as they pertain to customer requirements.
Establishes and develops relationships with our 3rd Party Warehouses partners.
Processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers, utilizing the organization’s internal technology system(s) and customer purchase orders.  (Data Entry)
Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
Contract maintenance, including inputting contracts, monitoring and confirming balances with customers and suppliers
Assist with tracking direct shipments from pickup to delivery in order to supply up-to-date information to internal/external customers.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers/vendors and create purchase orders.
Be aware of lead times as well as transportation requirements to meet customer demands.
Provide back-up coverage for reception as required

Key Qualifications:

3-5 years related business experience (experience in Customer Service an asset)
Computer skills – Outlook, Microsoft Office
Microsoft Dynamics AX, would be an asset
Demonstrated aptitude for customer service excellence
Superior organization skills, able to multi task, detail orientated
Data Entry Accuracy
Exceptional verbal communication skills and superior written communication skills
Confident, self reliant, motivated, learns quickly and energetic
Positive attitude, professional and ethical
Excellent analytical skills
Performance orientated in a team environment.
