Your primary responsibility will be first point of contact for all face-to-face, over the counter enquiries.
Duties & Responsibilities
Answer all customer enquiries and resolve 90% of issues at first point of contact
Provide reactive advice and support to customers that require advice.
Provide initial financial support for all clients, escalating issues to the manager if required.
Processing payments on Andriod technology
Learning all product knowledge and sharing with customers
Completing daily paperwork
Education & Qualifications
A very professional manner and a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
Good time management and follow-up skills, including, the ability to effectively balance quality and quantity of output
Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer issues/ complaints, including, patience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good team player including the demonstrated ability to contribute to and foster a positive team environment
