Your role

Your responsibilities will require you to:

  • Liaise with partners and staff to co-ordinate meeting room bookings on the client floor using a booking management system
  • Operating the national switchboard
  • Provide business support to internal and external clients
  • Support senior client floor assistant with event planning
  • Conduct other ad hoc duties as required
