Full-Time Commercial/Personal Line Producers – Grow your business
Job Description
Growth opportunity for any producer willing to join a growing organization. We have experience in complex Commercial policies, VIP personal lines and Niche markets.
Target markets include Transportation/Trucking, Garages, New/Used vehicle dealers, Contractors, Manufacturing and Surety bond.
Position Requirements:
- Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO)
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, able to multi-task and organized
- Self-starter, results driven and able to work independently within brokerage guidelines
- 2 years experience in an insurance brokerage preferred
Position Responsibilities:
- Generate new commercial and /or personal lines sales
- Communicate with clients, brokerage staff and company underwriters
- Occasionally participate in the development of marketing plans
- Problem solve client issues, & correspond with clients
Generous commission split.
Willing to discuss different structure, if you have an existing book of business that you can bring over.
