Responsibilities:
- Underwrite risks, negotiating terms & conditions
- Develop a marketing plan, implementing effective business development strategies
- Develop strong business partnerships with brokers
- Work with other departments to leverage business/cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications:
- Previous construction underwriting experience
- University Grad
- CIP/ FCIP/ CRM or working towards
- Effective communication skills
- Strong sales management & presentation skills
- Proven track record within the broker community
- Results oriented
- Highly adaptable to change
