Our Client has an opening for a Technical Service Representative – Commercial Department
Location: Ancaster
Job Summary: The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and technical service support to a team of Account Managers and Account Executives. The successful candidate has the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment and will be hands on team member.
Key Job Responsibilities
Set up and maintain client files
Collect, sort & distribute department mail
Process endorsements of mid-term changes to policy
Process new business and renewals from the large and small business departments
Invoicing, binders and cover letters
Completing Finance contracts when needed
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Keep current new business log and lapsed business logs
Other duties will be assigned as needed
Education and Experience Requirements
Excellent computer skills, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
Well organized & able to meet tight deadlines
Detailed oriented
Ability to work well as a team and individual
RIBO licensed or working towards
