We are currently expanding our highly engaged team of insurance professionals, by hiring for the following position:
Customer Service Representatives – Commercial Lines
About the Job…
This position offers a base salary and incentive bonus, commensurate with experience. We are looking for a special individual who can manage the following responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer service calls
Manage Incoming New Quotation requests
• Maintain client records; handle renewals, endorsements and claims
• Proactive servicing with annual reviews, cross-selling / up-selling; claims prevention educating
• Build client relationships at every touch point
• Continually develop market, product, client and industry knowledge
Your Skills…
• Working knowledge of all Broker Management tools
• Working knowledge of various insurance market’s underwriting rules/appetites
• Ability to put a New Business submission together and out to market
• Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
• Determination to assist in meeting service, growth and retention goals
• A positive and energetic attitude towards customer needs
• Proficiency in commercial insurance coverage knowledge
• Strong organizational skills
• Minimum 2 years in COMMERCIAL property casualty insurance experience
