Full-Time Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Description
Our client in North York requires a Commercial Lines Account Manager. You will have previous experience in a brokerage as a CSR or Account Manager in Commercial Lines servicing mid-market accounts. You are proficient in MS Office, primarily Excel with previous experience using CompuQuote and TAM (The Agency Manager) as well as navigate through company website and insurance portals. You will be managing a book of business and will be required to have excellent customer service skills.
You must have a RIBO in good standing, possess strong interpersonal strengths, excellent communications skills and have a sense of urgency with a can-do attitude as well as attention to detail. Some knowledge of Personal Lines is a definite asset.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking for long-term employment in a well-established firm. A parking space is provided at no cost. Vacation time and compensation will commensurate based on experience.
