Client Service Broker – Transportation

We are looking for a dynamic personality to join our Client’s Transportation team in our Markham location. If you are passionate about providing excellent service and want to be part of a winning team, then we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for handling the day-to-day client file activity
• Building strong rapport with clients to assist in retention of accounts
• Negotiate coverage and pricing with Insurance Companies and prepare all necessary insurance documents for clients
• Marketing of new and renewal business
• Provide exceptional ongoing service to clients
• Maintain organized up to date client files
• Working as part of a team, identify client exposures and recommend insurance coverage options
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years Commercial Insurance experience with a focus on transportation accounts preferred
• RIBO license required along with maintenance of continuing education hours
• CRM, CAIB and FCIP designations an asset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Great technical and negotiating skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, EPIC and TAM.
