COMMERCIAL CLAIMS EXAMINER

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Underwriters, Brokers and TPAs to manage claims across various product lines (E&O, D&O, EIL, CGL, Umbrella, Property & Marine)
- Handle complex/high value claims
- Communicate with Underwriting on key trends, recommendations for changes to wordings etc.
- Active involvement at renewal/key client meetings
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial claims experience – excellent technical expertise
- University Grad
- CIP or working towards
- Demonstrated strategic approach to claims management
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to deliver results within tight deadlines
