COMMERCIAL BROKERS
Commercial Lines Customer Service Broker
We are recruiting for leading brokers in the Toronto and GTA areas. Our brokers have challenging roles, a stimulating, and fun fast environment and present themselves as highly professional.
We are looking for a dynamic individual for a Commercial Lines Service Department. You will provide the best service and advice to assigned Clients, while broadening portfolio sales.
If you possess sound technical knowledge of commercial products, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and possess excellent organization skills you will be ideal for this role.
Commercial Producer
We are looking for a sales professional with proven Commercial Lines sales experience to new clients. If you have a proven sales background and are looking for a promising career where the sky is truly the limit, then we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate will have: proven sales track record; above average service and communication skills, planning and organization abilities, and the capability of meeting retention and growth goals.
You will need to possess a RIBO license in good standing, competence in Work and Excel and have at least 5 years of experience working with Commercial Lines business.
Personal Lines CSR
We are recruiting for leading brokers in the Toronto and GTA areas. Our brokers have challenging roles, a stimulating, and fun fast environment and present themselves as highly professional.
We are currently looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a minimum of 3 years experience, RIBO licensed and a desire to continue their insurance career in a highly energetic and positive environment.
The successful candidate must have strong work ethic and organization skills, be a team player have ability to work in a fast paced insurance brokerage. You will have an above average service attitude and sounds computer skills. You must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with company portals, Compu-quote and The Agency Manager Broker Management System would be a definite asset.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Minimum experience commercial insurance experience.
• RIBO Licensed
• Exposure to Agency Manager, Compu-quote is an asset
• Exposure to Policy Works is an asset
• Strong customer focus, Team-Player
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
