Commercial Broker CSR/Technical Assistant

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional day to day customer service to our clients
• Build professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters
• Assist and provide support to Account Managers
• Cross sell a variety of products at every opportunity
• Accepts risks within established guidelines

Qualifications:

• Currently holds RIBO license in good standing
• 2+ years previous Commercial Lines experience
• You have strong analytical and decision making abilities
• You demonstrate the ability to adapt to change
• You have excellent computer/keyboarding skills
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, CompuQuote and The Agency Manager (TAM) – EPIC
