Our Client is a growing, well-established brokerage and we are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. They strive on excellent customer service and their mission is to be recognized as a leader in the insurance industry while providing customer service excellence through friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff.
In this role you will:
• Deal effectively with client requests
• Manage workload according to importance and prioritize effectively
• Invoicing of Commercial Policies and Endorsements
• Follow up on outstanding documents from the Insured or from the Insurer
• Preparation of submissions
• Checking policy documents for accuracy
• Maintain schedules• Claims entry and follow up
Requirements:
• Level 1 Insurance License
• Between 1-3 years experience in Commercial Insurance
• Strong organizational, planning skills
• Effective listening skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with underwriters and clients
• Familiar with Microsoft Office/ Policy Works / Powerbroker would be an asset.
