Full-Time Commercial Account Manager – C/Auto Trucking
Job Description
Responsible for all functions relating to the support and service of Commercial Auto insurance accounts working closely with the Commercial Account Directors and Account Executives.
Key Tasks
1. Manages policy renewals, endorsements and general servicing on commercial accounts.
2. Claim reporting and follow through to resolution.
3. Assists Account Executives and Directors in preparing applications and submissions for marketing both new and renewing accounts.
4. Works cooperatively in team environment assisting Account Assistants, Technical Assistants and Senior Account Managers.
5. Inputs all information in Agency Manager system accurately and efficiently.
6. Maintains working knowledge of computer system and related software as it relates to this position.
7. Ensures all abeyance items are completed in a timely fashion.
8. Ensures all accounts are billed appropriately and in keeping with office policy.
9. Ensures accounts are collected appropriately and in keeping with office policy
Qualifications:
- RIBO License
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Positive and confident attitude
- Knowledge and comfort level with MS office and MS outlook
- Quick, efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Minimum 3 years brokerage experience in commercial transportation (truckman, common, contract carriers).
- SigXP experience an asset. Strong organizational and financial analysis skills.
