Job Description

• Participate in strategic placement discussions with commercial Producers
• Ability to understand business risk and the connection between client operations and insurance.
• Leverage business relationship to successfully negotiate preferred terms for clients.
• Follow placement processes, timelines, minimum coverage standards and commission requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 Years Commercial Experience
• 1-2 Years Marketing Experience
• Strong team player with ability to work with several producers
• Excellent organizational and Time Management a MUST
• Proven negotiating skills
• Excellent Interpersonal skills/customer service oriented
