We are an innovative and progressive business positioned for rapid growth. And we are looking for a new Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our amazing team in St. John’s.

Job Description

• Provide world class customer service to your very own book of commercial customers — the kind of service that stops them dead in their tracks and makes them say wow!
• Engage customers and help create long term loyal advocates — they will tell amazing stories to their colleagues about how we went above and beyond
• Provide advice and “around the clock” support to your commercial customers on all things insurance — that exciting world of risk assessments, policy limits and variable deductibles!!
• Helping customers understand their commercial insurance and providing advice on coverage and policy changes that is of value to them
• Thorough policy reviews — ensuring they have the best coverage at the best rate
• A passion to help your team build the best broker experience possible -– seriously, we are talking world class!!
• Accurate and timely completion of all required assignments
• And of course, other duties as required (and no, you don’t have to take out the trash!)
