Client Support – Private Client Services
Working closely with the Toronto team, you play a significant role to ensure that our clients receive efficient, high quality service. You will contribute to the department’s growth by providing strong technical and administrative support to the Client Managers/Executives in the PCS department. This will include, but not be limited to:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Daily maintenance and good understanding of various insurance company portals for electronic documents
Prepare renewals, endorsements and proactive notifications to clients.
Process web-based changes for policies including processingendorsements, renewals and cancellations
Create and maintain relationships with our insurance carriers.
Deliver superior customer service while adhering to guidelines and workflows as set out by management.
Assist team members with various ad-hoc requests.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:
A current RIBO, or the willingness to obtain one, is an asset
One to Two years of brokerage experience
Takes initiative to start and complete tasks without direction
Superior organizational and communication skills, in person and phone manner, to be able to interact professionally with a wide range of clients
Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment
Flexibility, an eye for detail, professional appearance and demeanor
Familiarity with TAM (The Agency Manager) is preferred
Excellent computer skills with superior knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Willingness to work outside of regular office hours, as occasionally required
