Full-Time Client Support, Personal Insurance

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide service excellence to our personal insurance customers and insurance markets by reviewing and processing a portion of customer service mail. This individual will also provide back-up support to the service team.

 

Qualifications:    

  • RIBO License is required or ability to obtain RIBO;
  • Minimum of 2-3 years insurance experience;
  • Highly developed customer service skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • CAIB or CIP designation (or working towards designation) would be an asset.
