Full-Time CLIENT MANAGER – PRIVATE CLIENT SERVICES
Job Description
Working closely with the Toronto team, you play a significant role to ensure that our clients receive efficient, high quality service. You will contribute to the department’s growth by providing strong technical and administrative support to the Client Managers/Executives in the PCS department. This will include, but not be limited to:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Daily maintenance and good understanding of various insurance company portals for electronic documents
- Prepare renewals, endorsements and proactive notifications to clients.
- Process web-based changes for policies including processingendorsements, renewals and cancellations
- Create and maintain relationships with our insurance carriers.
- Deliver superior customer service while adhering to guidelines and workflows as set out by management.
- Assist team members with various ad-hoc requests.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:
- A current RIBO, or the willingness to obtain one, is an asset
- One to Two years of brokerage experience
- Takes initiative to start and complete tasks without direction
- Superior organizational and communication skills, in person and phone manner, to be able to interact professionally with a wide range of clients
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility, an eye for detail, professional appearance and demeanor
- Familiarity with TAM (The Agency Manager) is preferred
- Excellent computer skills with superior knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Willingness to work outside of regular office hours, as occasionally required
