Job Description

Our client is hiring a Claims Supervisor to lead a team of auto and general liability adjusters as well as administrative and technical support staff.

Duties include:

• interviewing potential staff and training new hires
• assigning claims and tasks
• identifying skills and performance gaps in staff, designing and implementing training programs
• conducting file audits

Requirements:

• 5+ years of combined adjusting and supervisory/leadership experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Full or partial completion of CIP
• Personality characterized by leadership, mentoring, excellent human relations
