Full-Time Claims Supervisor
Job Description
Our client is hiring a Claims Supervisor to lead a team of auto and general liability adjusters as well as administrative and technical support staff.
Duties include:
- interviewing potential staff and training new hires
- assigning claims and tasks
- identifying skills and performance gaps in staff, designing and implementing training programs
- conducting file audits
Requirements:
- 5+ years of combined adjusting and supervisory/leadership experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Full or partial completion of CIP
- Personality characterized by leadership, mentoring, excellent human relations
