Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, motivate staff and provide guidance and feedback regarding performance
- Facilitate continuous learning and development
- Advise staff on claims matters and technical issues
- Establish and maintain productive business relationships with vendors, service providers, legal firms etc.
- Participate in the development and implementation of business plans
Qualifications:
- University or College Grad
- CIP/ FCIP
- 7 + years of Commercial Property claims handling experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong project management skills
