CLAIMS ANALYST – Commercial Lines

Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming claims and assign to Claims Adjusters
- Process payments and reserves
- Prepare loss bordereaus for clients
- Prepare claims reports, including analysis of: leading/lagging indicators, leakage, technical claims audits (internal/external), individual and team performance
- Update claims policies and procedures
- Answer client inquiries
- Prepare correspondence and presentations
- Ad hoc research and project work
Qualifications:
- University/College Grad
- 2+ years of insurance industry experience
- Strong communications skills & interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computer systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective administrative skills
- Highly organized
