Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage strategic underwriting decisions
- Review and develop sound underwriting standards and manage underwriting process
- Ensure underwriting results enhance overall profitability, growth and retention of business
- Participate/lead strategic businesses planning
- Drive national underwriting strategy based on sound analysis of financial trends, territorial needs and marketplace dynamics
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of exceptional leadership experience
- 15+ years of commercial underwriting experience
- University Grad
- CIP/FCIP
