• eligibility for entry level adjusting license in Ontario or Alberta
• for deployment to the US candidates must have a valid Passport
• Field adjusters – need to be able to physically estimate and assess building and structural damage using Xacitmate or Symbility software; communicate proactively with clients and have working knowledge of property insurance coverages. Good customer service skills are mandatory.
• Inside adjusters – need to be computer literate in company systems or estimating software.  Excellent customer and team work skills are mandatory. Proficiency in English and/or French. Working knowledge of insurance coverages, and adjusting processes for automobile, property  claims preferred. Liability roles are fewer but available.
