• Bachelor’s Degree or related College diploma or certificate
• 4 plus years of related experience
• Previous Case Management experience
• Team lead or supervisory experience
• Effective communication skills is a must
• Evident customer service focus
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to deliver results is an essential
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent English & French communication skills
• 6 plus years of supervisory experience
• 6 plus years of travel insurance experience
• 6 plus years of call center experience
