Business Development Specialist  –  GTA

Comma Recruitment are looking for a business development specialist who is motivated by and enjoys working in a performance driven atmosphere that emphasizes collaboration and teamwork.

An applicant’s ability to not only drive sales, but to deliver superb service and represent our company at industry events and present our services throughout the insurance industry.

Location   : GTA – Clients throughout GTA, some travel required, work from home opportunities.

 

Position              

To drive new business to the company using a variety of methods and techniques, while assisting with ongoing client relationship management. While marketing is one of the job’s primary duties, the position carries a more focused task, specifically, attracting new business by doing service segment presentations to both small and large groups. The business development specialist will help to devise effective introductory strategies into selected organizations and new markets, create client maps, collect/collate market data for the business development team, and execute on defined strategies.

 

Preferred Education & Experience

Minimum 2- 5 years of business development/marketing experience

Post-secondary education an asset particularly with industry sales experience

Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Driver’s license

Capacity to travel and work flexible hours

Optimal oral and written communication

Enjoys working with high technology
