Job Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for the Branch P&L, and ensures the quality of the service delivery and operation to meet the highest level of employee and customer satisfaction. The BM participates in the planning and oversees the execution of the Branch growth strategy. The BM is also responsible for the management of resources allocated to the Branch.
Business Development
Acquire new customers
Maintain and expand our existing customer relationships
Maximize the project value
- Act in accordance with the mission, vision and values of the client
- Strategy execution , structured follow-up propose and undertake adjustments as they arise
- Analyze effectiveness of strategy and make recommendations to improve outcome
- Assist with marketing plans and execute business development
- Ensure the development and sustainability of the organization
- Analyze and communicate pertinent reports
- Conduct required follow-ups with management and employees
Leadership
Achieving High Employee Satisfaction and engagement
Develop a dedicated team
Ensure the continued development of human resources
- Direct day to day operations
- Work closely with the various departments
- Develop and enforce policies, processes and procedures, review and offer possible improvements

- Ensure sound management of capital and human resources, conduct necessary follow-up with country management
- Implement remedial measures in the event of a budgetary setback
- Ensure quality support to assist with the financial management of the organization (periodic reports, corrective measures, etc.)
- Ensure the reliability of the internal cost control measures
- Provide performance reports to management
- Analyze and provide feedback of own the financial results
Ensures a High Level of Service Delivery Quality

Qualifications
University level management degree or equivalent
Work experience of 5 years in a similar position
Apt with utilizing MS software tools
