Working with our client located conveniently in the heart of Mississauga and easily accessible by public transit, we are recruiting for multiple Claims Intake Representatives for immediate assignment opportunities.
Reporting into the Team Lead, the Claims Intake Representatives are to be responsible for providing front line customer service and new claim intake within the customer service center. These roles respond directly to all internal and external calls while completing new claim reports, coordinating initial repair processes, documenting and directing inquiries to appropriate departments and parties, and performing other related administrative functions as required.
About You:
- You must be able to work full-time hours.
- You must be flexible to work between 8am-to-6pm from Monday-to-Friday as well as being available for 8am-to-5pm on Saturdays and Statutory Holidays when required.
- Post-secondary Diploma/Degree.
- 1 or more years of experience working in a call centre environment.
