AUTO PROPERTY CLAIMS SPECIALIST
Job Summary
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for managing and resolving AUTO PROPERTY claims of high complexity and exposure. The incumbent of this role will be responsible for resolving claims best practises and within Authority Limits. The successful candidate for this role is expected to regularly communicate with customers. The incumbent for this role may be dedicated to handle claims for specific accounts.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
5 or more years of related experience; 3 or more years of related experience with
2 or more years of related experience without Bachelor’s Degree
Fundamental knowledge of the insurance industry, claims Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience with computer based insurance application and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of claims AUTO PD handling experience in line of business
Proven analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to a changing environment
Organization and time management skills
Experience in a work environment that required collaboration across work groups.
