Full-Time Administrative Associate- Claims Support
Job Description
As an Administrative Associate, the employee will be responsible for a variety of administrative activities supporting claim adjusters in the day to day management of injury claims. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Invoice payments using customer’s claim system
- Various administrative tasks such as sorting and organizing faxes and letters
- Working with industry specific software (HCAI, SmartSimple, etc.)
- Data entry
This is an excellent opportunity for new grads or those looking to learn about the insurance industry.
Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma
- Quick learner with excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong software skills (Windows, MS Office) with the ability to learn new applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Must work independently and as part of a team
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills
- 1-3 years experience in insurance or healthcare an asset
