Full-Time Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Job Summary:  The successful candidate will be responsible for representation of the Distribution Department through effective public relations with a strong commitment to customer service and communication of all clients, brokers and suppliers. He/she will manage the Canadian Brokers database systems and physical files including the preparation of contracts and correspondences, assigning broker numbers and maintenance of broker database. The incumbent will act as the primary source for our Broker database systems support enquires and liaise with the distribution team, line leaders and Regional Leaders/Managers on broker related enquires. He/she will be the day to day coordinator and key contact person for a new CRM system.

Qualifications:      

  • University/college degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Paxus and OneShield system are considered an asset
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-directed, flexible and adaptable
  • Highly motivated, creative, resourceful, results oriented professional with excellent organization skills and able to workin a fast paced, multi-task environment
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Paxus and OneShield system are considered an asset
  • Bilingual English/French an asset.
