Full-Time Administration Officer – Immediately
Job Description
We have an opportunity to be the ‘go to’ person in a dynamic construction and development company. This role allows a person to bring their experience, show initiative and be proactive to ensure the office administration runs efficiently.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide general secretarial support such as answering phones, greeting clients, stationery orders, document preparation and filing
Update registers for training, assets, staff information and access
Coordinate all internal facilities management and equipment procurement
Perform administrative HR processes
Assit with administrative marketing functions
You support the Operations Manager in coordinating special events andprojects
Manage calendars and liaise with the Executive Team
Coordinate travel and logistics
Project support and general administration
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Be motivated with exceptional organisation and time management skills
Have the ability to multi-task diverse responsibilities daily
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs
Enjoy the dynamics of a busy office environment, where everybody contributes to the success of the business
