Full-Time Administration Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Administration Assistant to join our busy team.

The job role will include:

Answering phone calls in a professional and polite manner; taking accurate messages and transferring calls
Managing email requests from the team
Corresponding with clients via email and written letters as instructed
General office tasks including: photocopying, scanning documents, accurate filing, binding documents, managing the daily post
Ordering office supplies as instructed
Banking
Any other general tasks necessary to assist the surveying team in their duties

Essential Skills:

Excellent written English with accurate spelling and punctuation
Good letter writing skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Professional and polite phone manner with ability to take accurate phone messages
Ability to manage workload and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously to support a busy team
Positive attitude and enjoys working part of a small team
Ability to learn quickly with excellent attention to detail
