We are currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Broker Management for our Scarborough location.
Job Summary
Participate in the development of Broker Value Propositions and lead the implementation of the Contingent Profit Commission Project supporting the Business Development Community . The Role will:
-Participate in the development of Broker Value Propositions with various stakeholders and internal business units to deliver on Aviva’s commitment to the Broker Channel
-Lead the implementation of the CPC Project supporting the Business Development Community nationally with a goal to deliver an excellent BD experience
Job Responsibilities: What would I do on the job?
-Work closely with the Business Development Community to train and provide details (timelines and instructions) around the CPC application tool -Support UAT in creating testplan/testcases, creating user reports in advance of the calculation windows
-Ensure the application running effectively during the calculation windows and liase with B.I.S. and IT as required
-Field questions, provide clarification and support to the Business Development Community during the CPC windows
-Work closely with internal CPC stakeholders (B.I.S., Strategy and Legal) to provide recommendations/input to improve the CPC application tool -Manage the CPC exception process with Finance to ensure that submissions are accurate and eligible for EVP review
-Investigate and research submissions and calculations as required
-Create and provide timely updates on the status of CPC volume to the SVP
-Provide support to the AVP, Broker Operations and the Senior Manager, Broker Operations in developing specific Broker Value Propositions particularly as it relates to improving the Broker experience
-As part of Broker Segmentation, develop/create and manage the Partnership Profile survey including communication to the Business Development Community
-Ensure the Partnership Profile survey application is available during the time frames given and monitor progress
-Provide timely updates on the Partnership Profile to the SVP
Experience/Skills required: Do I have what it takes?
-Minimum of 3 years of insurance experience, finance or business development experience preferred
-Working knowledge of Broker financial metrics
-Working knowledge of Broker contracts
-Strong ability to analyze and evaluate Broker data
-Excellent writing and communication skills
-Proven ability to use to MS XL and Powerpoint
-Proven ability to create documents as it relates to user instructions
-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business units to align and ensure completion of tasks
-Ability to coordinate reviews and meetings with multiple stakeholders
-Education : Bachelor's Degree, finance focus preferred
